Rare Nintendo NES Stadium Events Video Game
Recently, a rare Nintendo game and system sold on eBay a few weeks ago for $13,105. This prompted many collectors to go through the attic and see if they had any of these long-forgotten games in their collection.
One eBay seller did, in fact, have a copy of the ultra-rare Nintendo NES ‘Stadium Events’ game in her possession. This game is probably one of, if the not THE rarest game made – First published by Bandai in 1987, approximately 2000 copies were printed, but only only 200 ever made it into circulation before being recalled. It is thought than fewer than 20 still exist in the original shrink packaging.
What makes this item so special is that the game is still FACTORY SEALED and has the original price sticker. Bids are currently over $30,000!

1985: Andy Warhol Paints Debbie Harry on an Amiga Computer
Pop artist Andy Warhol paints Blondie singer Debbie Harry for the 1985 launch of the Amiga computer (The first model was released in 1985 as simply “The Amiga from Commodore”, later to be retroactively dubbed the Amiga 1000.).
This was late in the artists’ career, and few of these ‘digital paintings’ were produced. I can imagine Andy if he were alive today – shooting everything digitally and spending all his time in Photoshop. Or maybe, just maybe, he’d still be taking those Polaroids.
